Refund/Exchange Policy
Exchange/Refund Policy: We offer a 30 day exchange limit, after which no exchange will be given. Exchanges and refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. There will be different exceptions and rules regarding different categories of products, as listed below. Please email us at info@tcestore.com to start the exchange/refund process. Make sure to include the email and order number used to purchase the product, your name, the reason for the exchange/refund, and any evidence in the case the product was damaged in any way.
If the product was damaged during shipping, document as much evidence as possible and email the evidence to info@tcestore.com.
For stickers, the product must be unused and not significantly damaged. This includes tears, bends, and markings.
